How many years have you worked?
Have you been at same job……
Have you moved around ……..
Think about how many connections you made along the way.
This week I had the opportunity to interact with 5 people from different points of my career path.
They all told me something about myself that I didn’t even know they thought.
It was refreshing to hear that when I was a new nurse I made someone’s day.
It was refreshing to talk about how we all worked together to meet the needs of our patients.
It was especially great to hear some pointers from Nurses with more experience than me still willing to share what they would do now to meet the challenges of those of us who are working face.
What are some pointers you would give to practicing Nurses now you worked for you in the past?
Remember that what you do is being noticed even if you don’t think anyone is watching. Someone is always willing to learn.
Be a great role model
Be Kind
Above all have fun doing what you love
