I really thought that this was a silly prompt but then began thinking what would I add to this subject. My 5 usual grocery items are eggs, Chicken, yogurt, pasta ,and milk

I get my protein from the chicken, calcium in my yogurt and milk, and the versatility of eggs in various recipes.

Here are some simple recipe ideas for my top 5 grocery items:

  1. Eggs:
    • Classic Scrambled Eggs: Whip up fluffy scrambled eggs with a touch of butter, salt, and pepper. Serve with toast or veggies for a satisfying breakfast.
    • Veggie Omelette: Saute your favorite vegetables like bell peppers, onions, and spinach, then pour beaten eggs over them. Cook until set and fold in half for a delicious omelette.
    • Egg Salad Sandwich: Boil and chop hard-boiled eggs, mix with mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings. Spread on bread or use as a filling for wraps.
  2. Chicken:
    • Baked Lemon Herb Chicken: Marinate chicken breasts in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and herbs. Bake until cooked through and serve with roasted vegetables.
