Answer the question of the day. Do you spend more time thinking about the past or the future and why? I will go first…..

I think about them equally. I begin each day remembering the moments I had with my parents, siblings, extended family and friends that I lost. These memories bring me peace as I remember the moments we shared.

I usually move onto focusing on my present moment in time and try to figure what I need to do to meet the challenges of the day. Again the lessons learned from the past may help me navigate the present.

I do focus on my goals of my future as well usually during the evening. My belief is if you stop moving and learning then your life has lost its purpose and leads to stagnation. This can be detrimental to your health. I believe that to have a healthy long life that we need to continually focus on the future grow in all areas of our lives personally and professionally.
