I have using affirmations since I was a child. My mom taught us to use affirmations at a young age. I didn’t know at the time what she was doing and I don’t think she really knew what the process was. She shared with me that she had to wear very thick glasses when she was little and she worried that they made her ugly. She would look in the mirror everyday and tell herself that she was beautiful. She would tell her my 5 brothers and one sister to look in the mirror and replace our negative thoughts or whatever made us think badly about with ourselves with positive ones. I hated school so I would tell myself I was going to have a great day and would make lots of friends. I continue to use them as an adult. I have gone for the promotions and got them. I use affirmations whenever those negative self-doubt beliefs try to sneak into my thought process.

In this training I will walk you through easy steps to create a way to use affirmations daily. When you  enroll you will also have 31 affirmations to use however you please.
